This week\u2019s style guide was so much fun and all came about when a friend of a friend – who recently lost weight on the\u00a0Rick Hay Anti-Ageing Food and Fitness Plan<\/a>\u00a0– needed a new wardrobe.<\/p>\n It turned out that the friend was actress Sarah Parish, who has just finished\u00a0filming an eight-part series, The Collection, for Amazon Prime. This month also sees Sarah start\u00a0filming the third and final series of Broadchurch as well as series six of Trollied.<\/p>\n Styling Sarah Parish was a dream job – confident, beautiful and enthusiastic, she really knew what flattered her body shape.\u00a0 Sarah needed\u00a0a few easy, casual and effortlessly\u00a0stylish outfits – something we know a thing or two about at Quattro Rish!
